Anforderungen

•High School Graduate or equivalent
•Five years aircraft maintenance experience
•FAA A&P or FCC Elements 1 and 3
•FAA (A&P) required with two years aviation maintenance experience
•Experience within the last five years
•FCC License with Elements 1 and 3
•Ability to obtain US Government Security Clearance
•Interim NACI approval required
•Valid US Passport required for deployment
•TESA Approval with five years aviation maintenance experience
•Travel as required in support of task order
•Good communication skills and adaptability
•Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
•Knowledge of Quality Control and Production procedures
•Ability to determine faulty systems for repair
•Skill in reading and interpreting technical data
•Ability to work in tiring positions
•Frequently lift parts up to 20 pounds
•Occasionally lift objects up to 50 pounds
•Immediately deployable to combat areas worldwide

•Perform full military tactical aircraft maintenance as a CH-47 mechanic.
•Repair and modify Army and DoD cross-service aircraft.
•Install and connect fuel, heat, lubrication, hydraulic, engine, and transmission systems.
•Align fuselage parts and install tail rotor assemblies.
•Rig complete flight control systems.
•Incorporate authorized modifications and changes.
•Conduct operational checks of hydraulic and fuel systems.
•Inspect and troubleshoot malfunctions in aircraft systems.
•Disassemble components to identify issues and perform repairs.
•Use common hand tools and measuring devices effectively.
•Operate test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment for aircraft.
