- •Valid (FAA) A&P Certificate or FCC License with Elements 1 and 3
- •Two years' aviation maintenance experience
- •Two years of hands-on Avionics Mechanic experience on CH47
- •US Citizenship
- •High School Graduate or equivalent
- •Five years of recent applicable aircraft maintenance experience
- •FAA A&P or FCC Elements 1 and 3
- •One year of experience inspecting CH-47 aircraft
- •Five years of experience as an Aircraft Inspector on CH-47
- •Five years career total Aviation maintenance experience
- •Good communication skills
- •Working knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical systems
- •Knowledge of Quality Control, Production and Supply procedures
- •Ability to determine faulty systems or assemblies
- •Skill in reading, applying, and interpreting technical data
- •Ability to work in tiring and uncomfortable positions
- •Ability to frequently lift parts and equipment up to 20 pounds
- •Ability to occasionally lift objects up to 50 pounds
- •Immediate deployability to potential combat areas worldwide
