Anforderungen

•High School Graduate or equivalent
•Five years of recent applicable aircraft maintenance experience
•FAA A&P or FCC Elements 1 and 3
•FAA (A&P) and at least two years aviation maintenance experience
•FCC License with Elements 1 and 3 and three years aviation maintenance experience
•Ability to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance
•Valid US Passport for deployment to Germany
•Qualification for TESA approval with five years aviation maintenance experience
•Travel as required in support of task order
•Ability to work in tiring and uncomfortable positions
•Ability to frequently lift parts and equipment up to 20 pounds
•Ability to occasionally lift objects up to 50 pounds
•Immediate deployability to potential combat areas worldwide

•Perform military tactical aircraft maintenance
•Install and adjust fuel, heat, lubrication, hydraulic, engine, and transmission systems
•Align fuselage parts and install tail rotor assemblies
•Rig complete flight control systems
•Incorporate authorized modifications and changes
•Conduct operational checks of hydraulic and fuel systems
•Inspect and troubleshoot malfunctions
•Disassemble components to identify issues
•Adjust, repair, realign, or replace defective parts
•Direct lower-graded mechanics in assembly and modification tasks
•Coordinate with electrical, avionics, and sheet metal trades
•Assemble various system assemblies and sub-assemblies
•Use common hand tools and measuring devices effectively
•Troubleshoot faulty systems and determine repair needs
•Inspect aeronautical maintenance performed by Mechanic I and II
•Repair engines, sheet metal, structural, hydraulic, electrical, and power train systems
•Utilize aircraft unique tools for maintenance tasks
•Make entries in aircraft logbooks and military technical publications
•Determine functionality of non-complex electrical systems
•Read and interpret technical data
