Anforderungen
- •Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, IT, or comparable qualification
- •Several years of professional experience in process management, process architecture, or similar role
- •Proficiency in process modeling and architecture frameworks, such as BPMN 2.0 and APQC, and experience with process management tools
- •Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with cross-functional teams

- •Develop and maintain a comprehensive process architecture for the Corporate Process Universe (CPU)
- •Ensure consistency and quality of the process landscape in collaboration with process owners and departments
- •Identify improvement opportunities and support harmonization and standardization across departments
- •Apply modern modeling and architecture standards like BPMN 2.0 and APQC
- •Leverage tools for process documentation, automation, and process mining
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to initiate process automation and AI use cases
- •Ensure compliance with process management guidelines
- •Support the introduction and maintenance of a process management governance framework
