Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in business administration, natural science, or related field
- •5+ years of experience in a regulated environment
- •Proven experience in procurement and program management working with CDMOs and CMOs
- •Strong ability to guide, motivate, and build relationships
- •In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
- •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- •Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
- •Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills

- •Drive development and implementation of category strategies
- •Engage with business stakeholders to identify global business needs
- •Manage demand and identify cost optimization opportunities
- •Integrate company requirements into supplier sourcing and selection
- •Lead supplier contract negotiations and manage contract life cycles
- •Analyze and track procurement and supplier data
- •Manage supplier relationships to improve performance and mitigate risks
- •Oversee supplier lifecycle from approval to offboarding
- •Drive supplier performance in time, cost, quality, and innovation
- •Ensure governance and compliance in strategic procurement
- •Translate program plans into actionable procurement strategies
- •Serve as the central contact for program management inquiries
- •Initiate cross-category meetings for cohesive procurement strategies
- •Report program status updates to the VP Global Procurement
