Anforderungen
- •Degree in life sciences, engineering, business, or related fields
- •Solid understanding of CMC development and related interface functions
- •Experience working with CDMOs and collaboration partners
- •Strong leadership and ability to guide senior teams
- •Excellent project management and organizational skills
- •High intercultural competence and confidence in international settings
- •Outstanding communication skills for conveying complex technical matters
- •Business proficiency in English; German is a plus

- •Lead cross-functional teams to select, contract, and onboard CDMOs
- •Oversee daily operations with contracted CDMOs during project execution
- •Drive CMC due diligence for potential new collaboration partners
- •Contribute to negotiations of collaboration and technical agreements
- •Manage daily operations with collaboration partners as needed
- •Establish and maintain strong relationships with CDMOs and partners
