Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in economics, data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field
- •Minimum 3 years of experience in process management optimization
- •Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities
- •Highly competent in using MS Office and process/project management tools
- •Experience in tools such as Smartsheet, Lucidchart, Miro, UIPath
- •Experience with CRM system Salesforce.com is an advantage
- •Business analysis/controlling experience and skills are an advantage
- •Experience within medical device sector and know-how of regulations is an advantage
- •Very good German and English skills (fluent, written and oral)
- •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience

- •Identify and improve business processes
- •Support and implement processes for commercial purposes
- •Act as a business expert in process mapping
- •Facilitate process mapping workshops with stakeholders
- •Manage and enhance process documentation
- •Ensure all information is up to date
- •Manage system updates and enhancements
- •Test systems to ensure continuity of service
- •Support process improvements through mapping and analysis
- •Plan, monitor, and optimize relevant processes and tools
- •Provide third-level support for daily business requests
