- •Act as a trusted advisor to the Plasma EU Leadership Team
- •Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations
- •Partner with leaders to optimize performance and reduce costs
- •Evaluate strategies for network expansion in the EU
- •Deliver scenario planning and data-driven insights
- •Implement standardized financial planning tools and methodologies
- •Drive monthly, half-year, and year-end reporting cycles
- •Prepare and analyze financial reports for stakeholders
- •Align financial plans with strategic business objectives
- •Support transfer price calculation and product costing
- •Calculate Plasma EU cost per liter and explain variance drivers
- •Provide financial analysis and insights to functional departments
- •Evaluate financial impact for business cases and capital projects
- •Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies
- •Support external audit processes and documentation requests
- •Serve as primary contact for external auditors
- •Implement cost optimization programs for financial performance
- •Plan capital expenditures and create financial proposals
- •Drive process excellence in financial planning and reporting
- •Streamline financial reporting processes and reduce cycle times
- •Participate in financial systems and process improvements
- •Develop presentations for CSL Plasma leadership
- •Provide financial insights to function leaders
- •Liaise with finance partners across CSL Plasma and CSL Behring
- •Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team
- •Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
