Anforderungen

- •7+ years' experience in Finance roles

Deine Aufgaben
- •Assist with finance business partnering for Global Regulatory and Safety Operations
- •Support wider Finance Business Partnering for CSL’s Global R&D organization
- •Report to the Lead Finance Business Partner for Global Regulatory and Safety Operations
- •Conduct financial analysis and modeling
- •Understand global functional and TA strategy and its financial implications
- •Provide financial guidance to drive portfolio goals
- •Offer insights on financial planning, forecasts, and expenditures
- •Focus on project financials and OPEX spending issues
- •Collaborate on financial planning and reporting for global functions
- •Assist with Functional Monthly Financial Reviews and Quarterly planning cycles
- •Organize and integrate business and financial information for decision making
- •Collaborate with Corporate Finance on business case assumptions
- •Align project budgets and timelines with R&D Decision Making Framework
- •Serve as Primary Financial Advisor for strategic decision-making
- •Support R&D integration in external collaborations or acquisitions
- •Assist with Investor Relations and finance reporting requirements
- •Advocate for Finance process improvement activities
- •Provide finance guidance for strategic plans and major investment decisions
- •Help managers develop budgets and forecasts
- •Support OPEX Projects and reporting with additional narratives
- •Define customer needs and review reporting and analytics
- •Coordinate with peers for consistent enterprise model delivery
- •Lead or contribute to global or functional projects for performance improvement
- •Develop tools and best practices for R&D Finance capability
- •Support complex business case development and analysis
