Anforderungen
- •M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field, or MBA with Bachelor's degree in STEM
- •5+ years of combined experience in SaaS or technology consulting, including 2 years in product management, consulting, or customer success
- •Hands-on experience building or shipping AI-first features (LLM-based, NLP, retrieval, automation, or similar)
- •Ability to build quick prototypes using AI-first IDEs, CLI agents, or low-code AI tools
- •Solid understanding of modern LLM behaviour and evaluation methods
- •Strong bias toward action and rapid iteration
- •Confidence and steadiness under pressure, authoritative communication skills
- •Business fluent in German and English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Define and deliver AI features for customer platforms
- •Iterate on AI features based on user feedback
- •Engage with customers and stakeholders for insights
- •Drive AI feature development from discovery to launch
- •Write specifications and create prototypes
- •Establish success criteria and evaluation metrics
- •Build quick prototypes using AI coding tools
- •Conduct frequent internal demos and customer feedback sessions
- •Collaborate with leadership to align on product roadmaps
- •Manage the AI backlog with the Head of AI and engineers
- •Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders
