Anforderungen
- •10+ years of overall accounting experience
- •Bachelor’s or higher degree in accounting
- •Experience in post-merger integration projects
- •Experience in SOX control documentation
- •Advanced Excel skills with large data
- •Experience with Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft D365 is a plus
- •Strong organizational and communication skills

- •Support growth strategy and global delivery model.
- •Contribute to manufacturing setup in Germany.
- •Manage inventory accounting and cost centre structures.
- •Execute month-end close process per US-GAAP.
- •Process journal entries and reconciliations.
- •Review customer contracts for accounting assessments.
- •Develop monthly analytics for budget vs. actuals.
- •Drive working capital improvement initiatives.
- •Prepare local GAAP financial statements and disclosures.
- •Support SOX controls and process documentation.
- •Establish inventory accounting and control procedures.
- •Conduct physical inventory counts and valuation.
- •Build relationships with local authorities and support audits.
- •Collaborate with global tax team for tax reporting.
- •Implement global transfer pricing policy securely.
- •In-source critical accounting activities from external firms.
- •Create statutory ledger reporting in Microsoft D365.
- •Map CoA and reconcile US GAAP to statutory reporting.
- •Transition Dedrone GmbH ERP from Oracle NetSuite to Microsoft D365.
- •Support mergers between German entities for integration.
- •Enhance efficiency in finance and accounting processes.
