Anforderungen
- •Solid accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
- •Education related to accounting or financial management or a related field
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Strong basic skills of working with MS Excel
- •Attention to details and ability to work accurately, efficiently & meet tight deadlines
- •Ability to work independently and as a team player
- •Problem solver, flexibly embracing change and ability to learn
- •Experience of working with accounting packages, SAP experience an advantage
- •Knowledge and experience of German tax requirements considered as advantage

Deine Aufgaben
- •Provide data entry and accounting support for the German entity
- •Prepare and enter general journal entries according to company policy and US GAAP and German GAAP
- •Verify the accuracy of accounting journals and related documents per established procedures
- •Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including inter-company reconciliations
- •Manage the Fixed Assets ledger
- •Participate in the month-end close process
- •Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations
- •Ensure compliance with company policy
- •Support the Country Finance Manager with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, audits, budgets, and government grants
- •Assist the German entity and regional Finance SSC with assigned projects
- •Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across the region
