Anforderungen
- •Completed studies in Business Administration or Finance-related professional education
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in financial statement preparation according to US GAAP and HGB
- •Experience in post-merger integration, entity restructuring, and ERP-projects (Microsoft D365 and NetSuite)
- •Experience with multiple deliverable contracts and international revenue recognition guidelines
- •Business fluent in written and spoken English and German; other languages advantageous
- •Ability to deal constructively with conflicts and ambiguity in a dynamic environment
- •Experience in internal controls and process optimization

Deine Aufgaben
- •Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger closing activities
- •Support standard cost accounting processes and analyze variances
- •Coordinate and support income tax returns and file VAT returns
- •Execute transfer pricing policy according to global guidance
- •Conduct actual vs. budget analysis and prepare month-end commentary
- •Manage cash planning and working capital
- •Generate and post accounts receivable invoices per revenue recognition standards
- •Collaborate with international teams, including sales and corporate accounting
- •Support intercompany accounting and settlement processes
- •Act as key contact for tax auditors and internal/external auditors
- •Assist in post-merger integration of Axon subsidiaries
- •Support harmonization of ERP systems and accounting processes
- •Participate in or lead sub-projects to optimize accounting activities
- •Perform and document month-end close controls
- •Develop expertise in ERP-related accounting topics
