Anforderungen

  • •Advanced Excel skills

  • •Drive working capital improvement initiatives.
  • •Prepare local GAAP financial statements.
  • •Create notes disclosures and management reports.
  • •Implement robust SOX controls and documentation.
  • •Establish inventory accounting and control procedures.
  • •Conduct physical inventory counts and valuation.
  • •Track inventory movement across German facilities.
  • •Build relationships with local authorities.
  • •Support authority and financial statement audits.
  • •Collaborate with global tax team for reporting.
  • •Implement global transfer pricing policy securely.
  • •In-source critical accounting activities from firms.
  • •Create statutory ledger reporting in ERP.
  • •Map CoA and reconcile US GAAP to statutory.
  • •Transition Dedrone GmbH ERP to Microsoft D365.
  • •Support mergers focusing on integration and synergies.
  • •Enhance efficiency in finance and accounting processes.
