Requirements
- •1-3+ years of experience as a pre-sales Solutions Engineer or related field in the SaaS and enterprise software industry
- •Technical leadership and outstanding customer-facing skills
- •Passion for web-based technologies and understanding of functionality, use cases, and business and technical elements
- •Consultative approach regarding technology and product positioning
- •Experience in solution design or solution architecture related to collaboration/workflow/project management
- •Experience in fast-paced, high growth software companies
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Legal eligibility to work in Germany on an ongoing basis

Tasks
- •Develop deep expertise in Smartsheet workflows and solution design
- •Partner with Account Executives to deliver technical platform demonstrations
- •Design creative solutions for customer requirements with fellow engineers
- •Build and demonstrate solutions that solve specific customer problems
- •Provide daily technical support to cross-functional sales partners
- •Prepare technical responses for prospect questions and knowledge bases
- •Define best practices for enterprise-wide platform usage
- •Collaborate with Product teams to align offerings with customer needs
- •Represent the company at marketing events and onsite demonstrations
