Requirements
- •Track record in presales, solution engineering, consultancy, product management, or software delivery
- •Understanding of unique business requirements and translating them into a vision and roadmap
- •Ability to translate customers’ needs into a vision and roadmap
- •Solid oral, written, presentation, communication, and relationship skills
- •Empathy and focus on customer success
- •Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment
- •Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems
- •Inquisitiveness and passion for technology
- •Curiosity and desire to understand how things happen
- •Ability to explain ideas and engage audience
- •Willingness and ability to travel
- •Related Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Prior experience in the Manufacturing industry (preferable but not mandatory)
- •Experience with Salesforce or other leading business applications (preferred)
- •Minimum of 8 years working experience with large-scale, high-volume SaaS, PaaS, or cloud environments

- •Establish trusted relationships with technical stakeholders
- •Orchestrate the Solution Consulting team for multi-cloud solutions
- •Identify manufacturing challenges and develop tailored Salesforce propositions
- •Represent Salesforce at marketing and partner events
