- Understanding business requirements of customers
- Track record of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery or training success (5+ years)
- Confirmed time management skills
- Inquisitiveness and passion for technology
- Ability to search information and solve puzzles
- Excellent communication skills for technical concepts
- Fluency in German and English
- Salesforce product knowledge and certifications (advantageous)
- Good understanding of AI, data, automation, Generative AI Strategy and LLM-based Autonomous Agents
- Willingness and flexibility to travel
Tasks
- Lead discovery workshops with clients
- Identify customer needs and pain points
- Propose effective Service Cloud solutions
- Deliver product, technical, and security responses on RFPs/RFIs
- Build and present demos of Salesforce Service Cloud products
- Show business value to key decision-makers
- Stay updated on technology trends and Salesforce products
- Lead the solution aspect of the sales cycle
- Participate in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the sales team
- Translate business objectives into compelling recommendations
- Present product offerings and address objections
- Inspire confidence in the technology infrastructure
- Engage with the sales organization to develop innovative visions
- Overcome technical objections in complex sales campaigns
- Drive enablement across the team
