Tasks

• •Lead all Works Council matters in Berlin
• •Manage consultation and co-determination workflows
• •Coordinate Works Council meetings and agendas
• •Advise on hiring and performance management
• •Manage compensation, benefits, and equity programs
• •Oversee policy changes and working arrangements
• •Handle organizational changes and restructuring
• •Design the German Works Council operating model
• •Partner with Legal to mitigate labor risks
• •Adapt HR policies and IT systems
• •Ensure GDPR and data privacy compliance
• •Advise managers on German labor law
• •Manage complex employee relations cases
• •Coordinate annual performance and promotion cycles
• •Prepare documentation for Works Council consultations
