As a Human Capital Business Partner, you will immerse yourself in daily HR operations while supporting management and employees in Berlin and Cologne. This role focuses on enhancing employee engagement, driving performance management, and collaborating with the Works Council to implement effective HR policies.

Requirements

• •Degree educated with 5 or more years of relevant experience
• •Solid HR generalist experience with business partnering experience
• •Thorough background in HR processes impacting the Employee lifecycle
• •Experience as a standalone HR Business Partner
• •Solid basic knowledge of individual and collaborative labour law
• •Outstanding communication skills
• •Positive mindset and contribution to team atmosphere
• •Solid time management skills
• •Strong command of English and German language
• •Positive 'will do' attitude
• •Flexibility to be on site 5 days per week

Tasks

• •Support management and employees with engagement programs
• •Manage performance management processes
• •Ensure operational excellence in HR services
• •Run the local internship program
• •Maintain legal compliance
• •Act as a business partner and advisor on HR matters
• •Automate and improve HR-related services and policies
• •Analyze HR trends and metrics
• •Coach managers and employees to drive engagement
• •Promote positive change for a growing organization
• •Support Inclusion and Diversity initiatives
• •Assist throughout the annual performance management cycle
• •Resolve employee relations issues and grievances
• •Collaborate with the Works Council on policy implementation
• •Participate in the development and negotiation of works agreements
