Tasks
- Provide robust HR service and support
- Manage personnel administration, benefits, and payroll
- Handle all aspects of employee life cycle administration
- Coordinate employee onboarding with recruitment and relevant departments
- Gather onboarding and separation paperwork
- Manage employee absence and leave
- Coordinate necessary documentation for payroll
- Coordinate relevant training programs
- Support performance evaluation programs
- Implement and localize personnel policies
- Maintain compliance with country regulations
- Advise employees and managers on Company processes
- Manage relocation and transfer processes
- Handle visa applications and payroll transfers
- Maintain HRIS and employee file integrity
- Run and create standard HRIS reports
- Administer benefit plans
- Support employee relations procedures
- Arrange and take notes in meetings
- Perform operational support for German offices
- Complete other tasks as assigned
