Requirements

  • Degree in Business, HR, or equivalent
  • Experience in HR operations or administration
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in fast-paced, international environments
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and French
  • Italian language skills (advantageous)
  • PC-savvy and ability to learn systems
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, MS Office (plus)

Tasks

  • Address employee and manager HR inquiries
  • Manage tickets, chats, calls, and emails
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized HR teams
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage internal employee lifecycle changes
  • Update employee data in Workday and SAP
  • Maintain accurate records in ServiceNow
  • Generate HR documents, certificates, and letters
  • Create HR templates and reports
  • Document and communicate process changes
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and standards
  • Support payroll and HR operational teams
  • Monitor service level agreements and KPIs
  • Implement corrective actions for performance goals
  • Collaborate with HR Operations on process optimization
