Requirements

• •Experience in HR or People Operations
• •Familiarity with HRIS like Personio
• •Strong communication in German and English
• •Ownership and proactivity
• •Passion for collaboration and people

• •Knowledge of German Labor Law (preferred)

Tasks

• •Oversee People Ops for Berlin and global employees.
• •Manage employment contracts and reference letters.
• •Ensure payroll preparation and create reports.
• •Address employee queries and provide HR support.
• •Onboard new employees globally with support.
• •Maintain relationships with external authorities.
• •Create a welcoming office environment.
• •Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
• •Manage office logistics and space usage.
• •Collaborate with P&C team to improve processes.
• •Introduce ideas for HR process efficiency.
• •Develop initiatives that align with company goals.
