Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Digital Marketing
  • Proven track record of delivering results against KPIs
  • Experience managing complex enterprise accounts
  • Ability to understand customer needs and manage stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Native-level German language skills
  • English at C1/C2 level
  • Strong project management skills
  • High ownership and clear prioritization
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams
  • Experience with Planhat, EverAfter, or equivalent platforms
  • Data-driven approach and KPI knowledge
  • Proactive, autonomous, and efficient work style
  • Team player with a coaching mindset
  • Curious, growth-oriented, and brand ambassador

Tasks

  • Manage a strategic portfolio of large enterprise customers
  • Act as a long-term strategic partner and marketing advisor
  • Co-create success plans with customers
  • Define clear goals and measurable KPIs
  • Document and ensure customer success
  • Monitor account health and anticipate churn risks
  • Lead recovery plans for at-risk accounts
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to drive growth
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on complex upsells
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across departments
  • Align internal teams with customer priorities
  • Build partnerships with C-level and senior executives
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Provide structured customer feedback to product teams
  • Identify opportunities for case studies and referrals
  • Collaborate with marketing on advocacy initiatives
  • Mentor junior Customer Success Managers
  • Improve team processes and playbooks
  • Contribute to team-wide and cross-functional projects
