- •Degree in psychology, business administration, market research, or equivalent professional experience
- •Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supporting and consulting B2B customers
- •Experience in dynamic, interactive environments
- •Commercial mindset
- •Background in Market Research or experience with data/insights-driven solutions
- •Drive and purpose in work
- •Native German skills and fluent in English
- •Hands-on mentality, pragmatism, and proactivity
- •Active listening and purposeful communication
- •Team player and enjoyment of work

Tasks
- •Serve as the primary contact for strategic customers
- •Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships
- •Understand and resolve complex business challenges
- •Provide strategic guidance on leveraging consumer insights
- •Prepare and conduct impactful client workshops and trainings
- •Monitor customer activity and health scores
- •Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience
- •Mitigate potential churn risks
- •Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Sales
- •Gather customer feedback and represent their voice internally
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Research, Marketing, and Sales
- •Coach and guide junior Customer Success Managers
- •Contribute to team development and best practices
