Requirements

  • 3–8+ years B2B business development experience
  • Track record managing complex technical sales
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and contract skills
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and technical translation skills
  • Battery product experience (cells, modules, BMS)
  • Working experience in B2B wholesale
  • Familiarity with qualification and validation processes
  • Experience with compliance and shipping constraints
  • Existing network in ESS or micro-mobility
  • Experience with contract manufacturing or OEM
