Requirements

  • 3–8+ years B2B business development experience
  • Management of complex technical sales cycles
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and contract skills
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and technical translation skills
  • Battery product experience or thermal design
  • Working experience in B2B wholesale
  • Familiarity with qualification and validation processes
  • Experience with compliance and shipping constraints
