Requirements
- •Commercial training, hotel management education, or similar qualification
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in front office, office management, or hospitality services
- •At least 2 years in a supervisory or multi-site coordination role
- •Strong leadership and coordination skills
- •Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- •Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are an asset
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with travel booking systems or facility tools
- •High level of integrity, discretion, and customer orientation
- •Ability to structure operations and solve problems proactively
- •Ability to lead by example

- •Lead and manage the regional Front Office team across multiple EMEA locations
- •Ensure high-quality service delivery at all front desks, including reception and logistics
- •Develop and maintain front office processes and operational procedures
- •Coordinate regional front office topics and collaborate with internal departments
- •Support vendor management for office services and supplies across EMEA sites
- •Oversee travel support, office events, visitor management, and meeting logistics
- •Foster collaboration and professionalism to enhance regional office culture
- •Supervise and support local Front Office Coordinators, including onboarding and training
- •Standardize tools, templates, and workflows for front office tasks
- •Monitor and manage regional front office budgets and cost efficiency
- •Coordinate space management and meeting room usage with Facility Management
- •Track and resolve issues related to front office service delivery
- •Support planning and execution of internal meetings and office-wide events
- •Ensure proper documentation and reporting of regional front office operations
