  • Experience building/scaling outbound desk-based sales teams
  • Strong understanding of structured pipeline management/forecasting
  • CRM fluency, ideally Salesforce

  • Data-led leader driving performance culture at pace
  • Fluent/Native German speaking
  • Fluent/C1/Professional English speaking
  • Critical outbound, desk-based, telesales experience

Tasks

  • Own outbound revenue and pipeline generation
  • Achieve outbound revenue against budget and targets
  • Build predictable pipeline coverage for forecasting
  • Drive activity standards for calls and meetings
  • Increase conversion rates from prospect to revenue
  • Maintain disciplined weekly forecasting and performance
  • Design and optimize the outbound operating model
  • Define territory planning and customer profile strategy
  • Implement structured outbound sales methodology
  • Embed performance dashboards for metrics
  • Drive Salesforce adoption and data accuracy
  • Refine scripts and value positioning
  • Build and scale a high-performance sales culture
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop sales managers
  • Implement structured coaching and performance reviews
  • Own salary review and commission validation
  • Increase revenue per head and productivity
  • Develop succession plans and future leaders
  • Drive commercial rigor and budget control
  • Manage departmental budget and headcount
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
  • Balance growth ambition with margin discipline
  • Align outbound strategy with group objectives
  • Lead cross-functional execution
  • Partner with Marketing on messaging and campaigns
