Requirements
- Experience building and leading teams of 5+ Account Executives, Sales Managers, or Account Managers
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience managing own pipeline from lead generation to customer success
- Achievement of ambitious sales targets
- Ability to leverage customer insights to improve products and services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent German speaking skills
- Strong understanding of the German speaking market and business landscape
- Experience in competitive and fast-paced environments
Tasks
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Achieve company sales goals and revenue targets
- Lead and motivate the Growth team for DACH
- Manage daily operations of the sales team
- Ensure efficient processes and workflows
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Negotiate and close major deals
- Promote teamwork within the Growth team
- Collaborate with Operations and Tech departments
