- •Excellent Italian speaking skills
- •Strong understanding of the Italian market and business landscape
- •Ability to thrive in unstructured, fast-moving environments

- •Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- •Own commercial performance in the Italian market
- •Engage in hands-on deal building and closing
- •Build, train, and scale the Italian Growth team
- •Identify new verticals and partnership opportunities
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- •Negotiate and close major deals with optimal terms
- •Enforce high Salesforce data standards
- •Continuously improve sales processes with peers
- •Report directly to leadership on GTM strategy
