Requirements

  • Experience building and leading teams of 5+ Account Executives, Sales Managers, or Account Managers
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales
  • Performance-driven operational skills
  • Leadership by example through individual contribution and structured feedback
  • Ability to translate data into decisions
  • CRM accuracy maintenance and sales hygiene enforcement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of the UK & Ireland market and business landscape
  • Ability to thrive in unstructured, fast-moving environments

Tasks

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Achieve company sales goals and revenue targets
  • Own commercial performance in the UK & Ireland markets
  • Manage daily sales activity and quarterly revenue targets
  • Build and close deals to master products and pricing logic
  • Train and scale the UK & Ireland Growth team
  • Establish daily KPIs and conduct weekly reviews
  • Check monthly pipeline and forecast accuracy
  • Identify new verticals and partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Negotiate and close major deals with optimal terms
  • Enforce high Salesforce data standards
  • Improve sales processes with Revenue Operations and Sales Leaders
  • Report directly to leadership on operational performance
