- •Strong experience in gaining new customers and sales management in electric drive technology
- •Experience in driving and improving sales performance across the sales chain
- •Leading experience and ability to build high performing teams
- •In-depth market knowledge in the drive technology industry
- •Very good written and spoken German and English
- •Proactive, ambitious, and persevering with negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

Tasks
- •Develop and maintain local sales strategy
- •Analyze customer needs and monitor competitors
- •Identify and evaluate new opportunities with potential customers
- •Establish implementation plans for new business initiatives
- •Lead and drive talent development within the sales team
- •Assist team and customers in finding cost-effective solutions
- •Develop competitive proposals and participate in negotiations
- •Build reliable customer relationships and ensure excellent support
- •Set prices in coordination with manufacturing plants
- •Ensure efficient marketing efforts and communicate value propositions
- •Plan and conduct customer surveys to enhance satisfaction
- •Document activities and follow-ups in Salesforce and internal tools
- •Collaborate closely with sales teams and other departments
- •Represent ABB Motion Drives portfolio at trade fairs and events
