As the Head of Market for Germany, you will spearhead the launch and growth of Quince's presence, focusing on creating a customer-centric experience while driving operational excellence and profitability in a dynamic market.

Requirements

• •10+ years of experience in management, eCommerce, strategy, or operations
• •Proven success in launching or scaling markets or regions
• •Deep understanding of German consumer landscape and eCommerce ecosystem
• •Demonstrated P&L ownership and strong financial acumen
• •Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams
• •Familiarity with international eCommerce operations
• •Strong leadership presence and ability to attract top talent
• •Exceptional analytical, strategic, and execution skills
• •Bachelor’s degree required
• •Experience in high-growth, digital-first, or consumer brand environment
• •Background working across global teams
• •Direct experience localizing eCommerce platforms for European markets
• •MBA or equivalent advanced degree

Tasks

• •Localize and execute the international market playbook
• •Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team
• •Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies
• •Optimize key growth metrics like LTV/CAC and payback periods
• •Develop and oversee the country-specific business case
• •Manage third-party partners and vendors for operations
• •Partner with HQ teams to localize the website and app
• •Lead merchandising and assortment strategies for local preferences
• •Advocate for the German customer by sharing market insights
• •Provide regular reporting and performance updates to leadership
