- •Relevant work experience in software sales, e-commerce, cloud applications, technology, retail, hospitality, IT solutions, SaaS, or POS
- •Demonstrated ability to lead a group towards common goals
Work Experience
approx. 4 - 6 years
Tasks
- •Lead the Account and Key Account Management team
- •Drive account retention and growth
- •Manage the pipeline of new and existing customers
- •Collaborate with the Head of Direct Sales for smooth handovers
- •Refine and optimize customer relationship processes and tools
- •Hire, coach, and develop high-performing Account Managers
- •Increase platform adoption and payment usage among customers
- •Ensure clear communication with the sales team
- •Complete setup checklists for customer handovers
- •Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- •Grow the customer base by developing effective solutions
- •Exceed monthly MRR and KPI targets
- •Analyze sales forecasts, call volume, and pipelines
- •Develop team members for current and future roles
- •Provide feedback on calls and demonstrations
- •Create strategies to grow revenue streams
- •Manage high-level deals with large organizations and brands
