- •Strong eCommerce sales management background
- •History of accurately building sales forecasts
- •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- •Extensive project management skills
- •Analytical mindset with proficiency in data utilization
- •Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technologies
- •Proficient English skills

- •Develop and execute the DE trading strategy
- •Analyze market trends and adjust trading strategies
- •Transform the Dyson.de Trading Calendar into a customer experience
- •Collaborate with the Experience and Commercial teams on promotions
- •Ensure compliance with the Direct Pricing Policy
- •Communicate promotions and changes with direct channels and customer service
- •Drive revenue growth through pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
- •Analyze sales data and customer insights for improvement opportunities
- •Manage forecasting processes aligned with business growth targets
- •Oversee accessory forecasting alongside finished goods forecasting
- •Coordinate with Logistics to ensure stock availability for trading
- •Report on performance and analyze previous campaigns for future planning
