Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree, equivalent work experience, or education
  • Experience managing complex IT system accounts
  • Experience managing accounts with 1000+ employees
  • Executive communication and professional composure
  • Familiarity with IT Security Field concepts
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with web Browsers
  • IT experience or exposure
  • Prior Customer Success Manager experience
  • SACP Certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Fluency in German
  • Superior Customer Service skills
  • Excellent time management and organization

  • Align security programs with executive goals
  • Manage professional enterprise account handling
  • Leverage assessments for program design
  • Configure accounts and provide product training
  • Execute initial phishing and training campaigns
  • Coordinate technical support for complex questions
  • Monitor customer usage and health metrics
  • Drive ongoing product adoption and value
  • Perform periodic business reviews and troubleshooting
  • Conduct strategic reviews on industry trends
  • Lead cross-functional customer experience initiatives
