Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
  • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
  • Experience supporting or working with technical products
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with stakeholders
  • Passion for going above and beyond and taking initiative
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
  • Fluency in German
  • Strong bias for action and high standards
  • Experience serving and supporting large-scale business solutions
  • Thrives in an unstructured, fast-paced, and change-heavy environment

Tasks

  • Collaborate with top customers to understand their fleet and unique challenges
  • Advise customers on customizing Samsara for their needs
  • Develop joint success plans outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines
  • Remove barriers to achieving business value for customers
  • Facilitate executive business reviews with decision-makers and leadership
  • Conduct workshops to analyze current operations and recommend workflow changes
  • Explain the capabilities of the Samsara platform to various businesses
  • Mentor the Customer Success and Support teams
