Requirements

Tasks

  • Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market B2B clients
  • Oversee the full lifecycle from onboarding to long-term success
  • Drive value realization and product adoption
  • Develop tailored strategies to support customer health and performance
  • Analyze customer data and track key metrics
  • Translate insights into actionable success plans and commercial opportunities
  • Lead commercial discussions and identify upsell opportunities
  • Drive value-focused strategies to grow account revenue and performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
  • Share best practices and support continuous improvement within Client Success
