- •Executive communication and professional composure
- •Familiarity with IT Security Field concepts
- •Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
- •Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- •Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- •Experience with web Browsers
- •IT experience or exposure
- •Prior Customer Success Manager experience
- •SACP Certification
- •Excellent verbal and written communications
- •Fluency in German
- •Superior Customer Service skills
- •Excellent time management and organization
- •Ability to build rapport remotely
- •Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
- •Strong negotiation skills
- •Ability to work with minimal supervision

- •Configure accounts and provide product training
- •Execute initial phishing and training campaigns
- •Coordinate technical support for complex questions
- •Monitor customer usage and health metrics
- •Drive ongoing product adoption and value
- •Perform periodic business reviews and troubleshooting
- •Conduct strategic reviews on industry trends
- •Lead cross-functional customer experience initiatives
- •Utilize tools to maximize customer value
- •Assist renewal specialists with contract renewals
- •Identify add-on and upgrade opportunities
- •Coordinate cross-sell referrals with account managers
- •Meet performance metric targets
- •Maintain account administration in the CRM
