- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with customer communication technology
- Familiarity with e-commerce-related technology
- Good computer skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Conscientiousness in handling customer data
- Flexibility and resilience
- Teamwork skills
- Native-level Italian proficiency (written and spoken)
- Excellent English skills
- Additional languages are a plus
Tasks
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Foster brand loyalty through warm welcomes
- Provide personalized service
- Respond efficiently to customer requests
- Handle phone calls and emails promptly
- Meet high service and KPI standards
- Establish relationships with customers
- Maintain a portfolio of relevant customers
- Collaborate with Payments, Customs, Warehouse, and Shipping
