Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience in luxury retail or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with customer communication technology
  • Familiarity with e-commerce-related technology
  • Good computer skills, especially MS Office
  • Conscientiousness handling customer data
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Native-level proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Excellent English skills
  • Additional languages are a plus

Tasks

  • Build lasting customer relationships
  • Promote brand loyalty through personalized service
  • Respond efficiently to customer requests
  • Handle phone calls and emails accurately
  • Meet high service and KPI standards
  • Establish relationships with relevant customers
  • Collaborate with Payments, Customs, Warehouse, and Shipping
