Requirements
- Professional experience in partnership management, solution sales, or consulting in digital/tech B2B environment
- Tech enthusiasm for Cloud Native and AI ecosystem
- Conscientious and reliable leadership
- Adeptness in building trusted relationships with partner organizations
- Taking responsibility and enjoying control
- Exceptional communication skills, adaptability, hands-on mentality
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Spanish skills (advantageous)
Tasks
- Manage and grow strategic business partnerships with AWS, Google, Microsoft, and SAP
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with key partners
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans with technology and commercial teams
- Align Zoi’s efforts with market demands and partner strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams for coordinated business development
- Develop relationships with partner field sales organizations
- Identify and source new customer opportunities
- Enable Zoi teams with partner-related training and resources
- Ensure teams are well-equipped to close deals and deliver projects

Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
Languages
- German – Business Fluent
- English – Business Fluent
- Spanish – is a plus
