Business Development Manager - AI Solutions(m/w/x)
Driving joint business growth for HPE and NVIDIA AI/HPC solutions at an enterprise IT company. 8+ years enterprise IT business development with AI/ML, HPC knowledge required. 30 vacation days, 4 HPE Wellness-Fridays, up to 6 months paid parental leave.
Requirements
- 8+ years of business development, channel management, or alliance management experience in enterprise IT
- Proven track record in building and managing partner ecosystems to drive revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT trends, including AI/ML, HPC, and cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in enterprise AI solutions and ability to deliver training on complex products
- Executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and program management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and lead highly complex initiatives independently
- Fluency in German and knowledge of the German market

Tasks
- Drive joint business growth between HPE and NVIDIA
- Expand market presence and build executive relationships
- Enable sales teams and partners to adopt HPE + NVIDIA solutions
- Execute go-to-market strategies and deliver enablement programs
- Support deal acceleration with HPE sales teams and NVIDIA
- Provide technical guidance and business support for HPE-NVIDIA solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, partners, and customers
- Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners and resellers
- Plan and execute partner-focused events and campaigns
- Create enablement content and training materials for sales teams
- Engage and enable HPE’s internal sales teams on joint offerings
- Design and execute segment-specific sales plays for key verticals
- Lead joint marketing activities and campaigns to create new pipeline opportunities
- Support key customer meetings and alliance strategy reviews
- Build strategic relationships across HPE and NVIDIA business units
- Provide feedback on competitive trends and regional growth opportunities
- Collaborate with HPE sales, presales, and marketing teams to drive outcomes
