Requirements

  • BA or BSc in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science
  • 8+ years of experience in Category Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Go-To-Market
  • Understanding of the Compute market and digital transformation needs
  • Ability to work in matrix organization and virtual teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong strategic planning skills and business management excellence
  • Business proficiency in English and German
  • Skills in Accountability, Action Planning, Active Learning, and Critical Thinking

Tasks

  • Develop the strategic business plan for the Intel/HPE alliance in Central Europe
  • Collaborate with Geo Category and Sales teams on business planning
  • Execute key initiatives to attract new customers and drive profitable growth
  • Coordinate the deal pipeline funnel and HPE/Intel forecasting
  • Provide bi-weekly business management updates for performance tracking
  • Create executive reports in collaboration with analytics resources
  • Promote HPE Solution value-based selling within Pre-Sales and Sales teams
  • Lead quarterly business reviews for the region
  • Represent the HPE/Intel alliance at meetings, training events, and industry conferences
  • Coordinate the adoption of Intel Category Programs across the region
