Requirements

  • BA or BSc in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science; MA, MSc, MBA a plus
  • 8+ years’ experience in Category Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Go-To-Market
  • Understanding of the Compute market and digital transformation needs
  • Ability to work in matrix organization and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong strategic planning skills and business management excellence
  • Business proficiency in English and German

Tasks

  • Develop the strategic business plan for the Intel/HPE alliance in Central Europe
  • Collaborate with Geo Category and Sales teams to execute key initiatives
  • Drive customer acquisition and profitable growth based on yearly unit targets
  • Coordinate the deal pipeline funnel and HPE/Intel forecasting bi-weekly
  • Provide business management updates for optimal performance
  • Create executive reports in collaboration with analytics resources
  • Promote HPE Solution value-based selling within Pre-Sales and Sales teams
  • Lead quarterly business reviews for the region
  • Represent the HPE/Intel alliance at meetings, training events, and industry conferences
  • Coordinate the adoption of Intel Category Programs across the region
