Requirements

  • 8+ years of business development, channel management, or alliance management experience in enterprise IT
  • Proven track record in building and managing partner ecosystems to drive revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT trends, including AI/ML, HPC, and cloud infrastructure
  • Proficiency in enterprise AI solutions and ability to deliver training on complex products
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and program management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and lead highly complex initiatives independently
  • Fluency in German and knowledge of the German market

Tasks

  • Drive joint business growth between HPE and NVIDIA
  • Expand market presence in the designated region
  • Build executive relationships to foster collaboration
  • Enable sales teams and partners to adopt HPE + NVIDIA solutions
  • Execute go-to-market strategies for AI solutions
  • Deliver enablement programs for sales and partners
  • Support deal acceleration with HPE and NVIDIA teams
  • Own regional pipeline and revenue goals
  • Provide technical guidance to drive solution adoption
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners
  • Plan and execute partner-focused events and campaigns
  • Create enablement content and training materials
  • Engage HPE’s internal sales teams on joint offerings
  • Design segment-specific sales plays for key verticals
  • Lead joint marketing activities and campaigns
  • Support key customer meetings and strategy reviews
  • Provide feedback on competitive trends and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, presales, and marketing teams
