Requirements
- •8+ years of business development, channel management, or alliance management experience in enterprise IT
- •Proven track record in building and managing partner ecosystems to drive revenue growth
- •Strong knowledge of enterprise IT trends, including AI/ML, HPC, and cloud infrastructure
- •Proficiency in enterprise AI solutions and ability to deliver training on complex products
- •Executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- •Excellent communication, relationship-building, and program management skills
- •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and lead highly complex initiatives independently
- •Fluency in German and knowledge of the German market

- •Expand market presence in the designated region
- •Build executive relationships to foster collaboration
- •Enable sales teams and partners to adopt HPE + NVIDIA solutions
- •Execute go-to-market strategies for AI solutions
- •Deliver enablement programs for sales and partners
- •Support deal acceleration with HPE and NVIDIA teams
- •Own regional pipeline and revenue goals
- •Provide technical guidance to drive solution adoption
- •Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and partners
- •Build and maintain relationships with key channel partners
- •Plan and execute partner-focused events and campaigns
- •Create enablement content and training materials
- •Engage HPE’s internal sales teams on joint offerings
- •Design segment-specific sales plays for key verticals
- •Lead joint marketing activities and campaigns
- •Support key customer meetings and strategy reviews
- •Provide feedback on competitive trends and growth opportunities
- •Collaborate with sales, presales, and marketing teams
