- •Coordinate parking arrangements
- •Handle taxi services
- •Distribute train tickets
- •Prepare and equip meeting rooms
- •Coordinate office catering
- •Process invoices
- •Arrange accommodation and restaurant bookings
- •Organize external meeting rooms and event venues
