- 3+ years sales/account management with mid- to large companies
- End-to-end structured sales process execution
- Customer base expansion identification and demand creation
- Trust building with senior stakeholders (VP, C-level, procurement)
- Strong business sense and commercial outcome connection
- Technical understanding and exposure to technical products
- Data-driven and systems-minded approach
- Excellent English and German communication
Tasks
- Take over commercial ownership of live customers
- Ensure customers derive value from telli
- Align with success engineers for regular reviews
- Monitor customer usage to identify upsell opportunities
- Own expansion ARR through new use cases and upgrades
- Run end-to-end upsell processes with multiple stakeholders
- Build and refine expansion playbooks and standards
- Collaborate with sales, deployment, and success teams
- Communicate market and product insights to product and GTM
- Meet monthly and quarterly expansion targets
