Tasks

  • Drive customer engagement by building and nurturing scalable relationships
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' finance goals
  • Guide and consult clients to activate spend management features
  • Identify new business opportunities through upselling
  • Optimize product features to increase value for existing accounts
  • Monitor revenue trajectory using specific KPIs
  • Measure key metrics such as spend engagement and renewals
  • Compile and communicate client feedback as a product ambassador
  • Advise on current and future product features
  • Design and deliver client journey touchpoints for continuous improvement
  • Enhance customer satisfaction to support long-term retention
