Tasks
- •Drive customer engagement by building and nurturing scalable relationships
- •Develop a deep understanding of clients' finance goals
- •Guide and consult clients to activate spend management features
- •Identify new business opportunities through upselling
- •Optimize product features to increase value for existing accounts
- •Monitor revenue trajectory using specific KPIs
- •Measure key metrics such as spend engagement and renewals
- •Compile and communicate client feedback as a product ambassador
- •Advise on current and future product features
- •Design and deliver client journey touchpoints for continuous improvement
- •Enhance customer satisfaction to support long-term retention
