- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
- Comfortable traveling within Europe and globally
Tasks
- Manage a portfolio of high-value customers
- Grow revenue within the customer portfolio
- Understand and align with customer goals
- Help customers unlock value from services
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle customer issues and ensure resolution
- Collaborate with the CRO on major deals
- Work with Customer Operations for onboarding and support
- Coordinate with Compliance Onboarding for customer activation
- Map customer journeys from contract to full ramp-up
- Identify and address process breakdowns
- Redesign ineffective processes
- Triage and manage complex accounts
- Shape the future of Account Management
- Set high standards for quality and performance
- Automate and systemize problem-solving
- Build trust and credibility with customers
- Foster connections across diverse backgrounds
- Deliver measurable and tangible results
- Be available and responsive to customer needs
- Thrive in a high-performance environment
